Since establishing C4T in 2022, Erryn Barkett has applied his broad business knowledge to challenges involving growth planning, business continuity, and long-term value. His business activities have included property investment, cattle-based agricultural operations, and restaurant ownership.
He began his academic career at the University of Richmond, where Erryn Barkett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1991. That foundation complements his professional experience and offers insight into the human factors that influence leadership, negotiations, and business decisions.
After completing training at FlightSafety International, Erryn Barkett earned qualifications as a multi-engine commercial pilot, instrument-rated pilot, and certified flight instructor. He has accumulated more than 6,000 flight hours since 1990.
Outside the cockpit, he pursues an active lifestyle that includes surfing, scuba diving, sailing, skiing, and hunting. His endurance achievements include an Ironman event in Texas and five finishes at North Carolina's challenging Black Mountain Marathon.
